In 2018 the Australian Federal Government implemented a range of strategic sustainability targets for the packaging industry. These changes require a complete systemic change to the way Australia creates, collects and recovers product packaging with the goal of removing unnecessary single-use plastic packaging items.
The targets that they have identified and are attempting to achieve by the 31st of December 2025 are as follows:

Alchemy Performance Product's Commitment:
